Aston Carter Senior Compensation Analyst Clearwater, Florida

Description

Responsible for analyzing, designing, and evaluating fixed and variable compensation plans to assure programs are current, compliant and aligned with business strategy to attract, retain and motivate employees. Conduct external market pricing as necessary to gauge company competitiveness. Calculate and process monthly, quarterly and annual incentive payments. Involved in the merit process and other compensation projects.

Analyze compensation plans, government regulations and prevailing, market compensation to develop recommendations for competitive fixed and variable compensation plans

• Manage the preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of compensation policies, practices and guidelines

• Prepare detailed job descriptions and classification systems and identifies job levels and families, in partnership with other managers

• Provide consultation to HRBP’s and Managers on compensation related items

• Develop and report analytics that summarize the effectiveness and efficiency of compensation plans

• Utilize computer software to program, set up functions, and enter data and/or process information

• Calculate and process monthly, quarterly and annual incentive payments and update incentive dashboards

• Run the annual merit process

• Conduct external market pricing to provide recommendations and assessments

• Develop ad hoc analysis for incentive performance and development

• Administer EDCP and LTI

• Compile, code, categorize, calculate, tabulate, audit and verify the accuracy and completeness of all data related to work products assigned

• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Skills

Compensation analysis, CCP, compensation law, HRIS, UKG preferred

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• CCP certification preferred

• 4 - 7 years of equivalent work-related experience

• 3+ years’ experience developing and administering compensation plans and conducting statistical analyses.

• 3+ years’ experience administering Long Term Incentive plans (LTI) and Deferred Compensation plans

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
