EHS Management System a) Promote safety among all PCG divisions. b) Fosters positive safety culture through professional, proactive interactions with employees. c) Onboard, coach and support new FMs on EHS System d) Coordinate and support Safety Champions. e) Conduct job safety analysis at site. f) Plan and run Monthly EHS Calls g) Track and Document Monthly EHS Metrics in EHS software h) Obtain compliance with Company and regulatory EHS standards. Operational Support a) Lead integrated risk/loss controls into daily operations with the Organization. b) Record, analyze & investigate incidents and make recommendations regarding corrective actions, emphasizing pro-active intervention. c) Identify, evaluate, and develop appropriate solutions to control or eliminate risk exposures. d) Identify, interpret, and implement federal, state, and local safety, health, and environmental regulations and/or standards that pertain to the organization's operations. e) Coordinate location safety, occupational health, and fire protection improvement projects f) Conduct and document employees training in all EH&S programs. g) Maintain incident management systems and processes. h) Support locations during government inspections, provide all relevant documents and support. i) Provide leadership in developing, implementing, and managing EH&S policies, programs and practices. j) Plans and implements programs to train site managers and employees to meet standards. k) Assists with employee safety and driving records and training, special environmental projects and worker's compensation program. l) Develop and initiate programs and processes to reduce frequency and severity of occupational injuries, illnesses and property losses. Site Visits a) Visit company locations, coach managers and employees. b) Identify gaps. c) Manage site safety observations, enter open actions in Cares (EHS software) d) Support PCG Group projects, Relocations, Decommissioning... e) Lead continuous improvement PCG EHS projects: Global Compliance, Forklift Safety, Sustainability. POSITION REQUIREMENTS FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: * Undergraduate Degree KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: a. Required: * Use Microsoft Office Suite Other Must be able to work variable shifts TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: * Being able to timely report on treads and information on a daily, weekly, monthly and annually as required; including safety info for incentive plan presentation information * Capability to develop and lead selected EHS training for employees, new hire and contractors * Capability to track, revise and maintain key EHS documents. * Review and confirm with supervisor accuracy of shift data and be able to identify information barriers for matrix. Be involved with plant manager and safety manager audits for safety and development of SMART hazard listing. Preferred: * Able to recognize hazards or trends from personal observations or from discussion with plant employees and communicate or take personal initiative to address.
