Job Summary: This role will be responsible for the developing, managing and delivering CSA Group's standards education products including training courses, job aids, micro-credentials, and personnel certification programs. Collaborating closely with a lead Product Manager, the Manager oversees product development tasks after approval of the business case and manages the end-to-end project lifecycle. This includes creating project plans, analyzing data and processes, and ensuring effective communication and documentation. The role requires strong project management expertise (e.g., PMBOK, Agile), a solid understanding of CSA's technologies and business processes, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships. The Manager works with internal and external stakeholders, including subject matter experts, instructional designers, production teams, and marketing, to deliver projects on time and within scope. Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills are essential, as is the ability to mentor students or interns as needed. Job Responsibilities Understands and applies project management processes and procedures to ensure the timelines of projects are achieved within a defined schedule and budget. Demonstrates an understanding of the general environment (standards) in which the organization operates. Makes decisions within their level of authority and is capable of reasoning out solutions and knows whom to involve to solve issues. Responds to stakeholder needs in a timely, professional, helpful, and courteous manner, regardless of stakeholder attitude and whether it's an external or internal stakeholder. Understands and supports Research and Education strategic direction and objectives. Collaborates with the lead Product Manager to align product development strategies with the organization's vision and market needs. Collaborates with subject matter specialists and content developers in the ongoing development of projects with a focus on deliverables while maintaining the highest possible level of quality. Develops relationships with significant external and internal customers and stakeholders to identify new education products opportunities. Manages communications with digital innovation, customer service and marketing teams to support product launch and adoption. Communicates in a clear manner (oral and written), with an appropriate level of detail for all situations and audiences. Continually acquires and applies new knowledge and learning to improve job performance. Seeks coaching in areas where techniques are rapidly evolving. Develops detailed plans, organizes and leads meetings, tracks project milestones, and ensures all teams are aligned with the products scope, goals, and objectives. Identifies potential risks early in the project, analyzing their impact, and developing strategies to mitigate them to minimize disruptions to the project's schedule, quality, and budget.
