Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler I to join their team. As an Assembler I, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler I

Location: Cleveland, TN

Pay Range: $16.15 per hour

What's the Job?

• Assemble small and large components to form sub-assemblies or completed assemblies using hand tools and air tools.

• Perform quality checks consistent with the inspection and control plans.

• Inventory and replenish parts to assembly stations using the Kanban system.

• Read orders and drawings to determine assembly procedures, including component types and configurations.

• Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner while adhering to 5S principles.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.

• Ability to work in a team-based environment and cross-train on all assembly lines.

• Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• Availability to work the scheduled shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM.

• Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
