Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking an Assembler I to join their team. As an Assembler I, you will be part of the production department supporting a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Assembler I
Location: Cleveland, TN
Pay Range: $16.15 per hour
What's the Job?
Assemble small and large components to form sub-assemblies or completed assemblies using hand tools and air tools.
Perform quality checks consistent with the inspection and control plans.
Inventory and replenish parts to assembly stations using the Kanban system.
Read orders and drawings to determine assembly procedures, including component types and configurations.
Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean and orderly manner while adhering to 5S principles.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; we welcome enthusiastic candidates eager to learn.
Ability to work in a team-based environment and cross-train on all assembly lines.
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Availability to work the scheduled shift from Sunday to Thursday, 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace.
