Description of the role:

The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and machines in order to ensure smooth operations at Community Wellness Partners in Clinton, New York.

Responsibilities:

• Performing regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and machines

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues

• Ordering and replacing parts as needed

• Implementing preventive maintenance measures

• Following safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations

Requirements:

• Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Flooring, and Ground.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints

• Ability to work independently and problem-solve

• Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination

• Ability to work in hot & cold, sit, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, walk, lift 50+lb.

• Able to help with snow removal.

• Work around elderly.

• High school diploma or equivalent. Clean valid driver's license, some personal hand tools.
