Duties:

• Provide management and support for the daily operations of ongoing projects, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with project goals.
• Oversee the development and implementation of online advertising and marketing strategies, optimizing digital presence and audience engagement.
• Perform detailed comparative reviews to inform strategic purchasing and pricing decisions, ensuring alignment with market trends and organizational objectives.
• Develop and manage budgets while conducting risk analysis to anticipate potential challenges and mitigate financial exposure. 

Requirements: Bachelor in Business Administration or related. One year of experience in financial analysis of real estate properties. Full-time.
