As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer orders are accurately processed and shipped on time. You'll contribute to streamlining order entry, administration, and shipping processes to deliver exceptional customer service. In this role, you will report to the Manager, Fulfillment and work from our local office in Colonie, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter orders into the system.

• Perform order administration tasks.

• Assist with preparing packages for shipment.

• Coordinate with third-party vendors for order fulfillment.

• Support inventory checks and report any discrepancies.

• Maintain operational documents and records.

• Assist in demand planning under supervision.

• Ensure customer service standards are met.

• Respond to basic customer inquiries.

• Help with general administrative duties as needed.

• Order Entry Systems: Proficiency in using order entry software.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in order processing.

• Customer Service: Basic understanding of customer service principles.

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $39,050 - $53,350
