Lockheed Martin Facilities Project Manager in Colorado Springs, Colorado

The Work

As a Facilities Project Staff member, you will:

Define project requirements and negotiate contracts and contract changes.

Establish operating budgets and identify financial terms and conditions.

Act as the primary contact for facilities project activities, leading project reviews focused on cost, schedule, and technical performance.

Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans, budgets, and schedules.

Identify problems and develop effective solutions, including resource allocation and adjustments to project scope.

Coordinate the work of employees assigned to the project, ensuring alignment and efficiency throughout all phases.

Please note:

This position is fulltime onsite in Colorado Springs, CO.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD government security clearance at the Secret level.

You are a proactive and detail-oriented project manager with a strong background in facilities management. You possess excellent negotiation and communication skills, enabling you to effectively manage contracts and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your ability to identify issues and implement strategic solutions is key to your success in this role.

A level 4 employee is typically senior-career and has 7 to 9+ years of professional experience.

Basic Qualifications:

- 9+ years of professional facilities related experience

- 5+ project management experience

- Working knowledge of AutoCAD

- This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a

DoD government security clearance at the Secret level.

Desired Skills:

- Previous experience with Computerized Maintenance

Management Systems

- Experience with oversite of subcontractor work

performance

- Management of small teams

- Office design and space planning experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate:

The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $95,900 - $183,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
