EquipmentShare is Hiring a Fleet Account Analyst II

EquipmentShare is searching for a Fleet Account Analyst I for our corporate office in Columbia, MO, to support our team as the department continues to grow.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Effective communication with vendors to reconcile invoices.

  • Oversee and manage vendor relationships with over 150 vendors.

  • Determine reasoning for incorrect invoices and actively work to correct.

  • Efficiently process and enter invoice information accurately into the database.

  • Proactively resolve all invoice issues.

  • Effective communication with internal departments to coordinate finance schedules.

  • Conduct reconciliations to maintain records and seek out any discrepancies.

  • Conduct proactive troubleshooting of discrepancies and quarterly purchasing audits.

  • Willingness to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy.

  • Work well under pressure and be able to meet multiple deadlines.

  • Reconcile Statements on a monthly basis.

  • Continually improve processes to increase efficiency.

  • Work independently with minimal supervision in ambiguous situations.

  • Persevere over internal and external barriers to drive resolutions.

  • Work within various time constraints to meet critical business needs.

  • Ability to pull data from numerous databases and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

  • High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.

  • Investigates and solves issues, by working with our internal purchasers and third-party companies.

  • Use your strong development and analytical skills to solve business problems across the company

  • Analyze a wide range of data, and turn that data into action, whether that is process improvements, best business practices or other data-backed solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support evolving business needs and growth initiatives.

  • Create and maintain efficient workflows and processes.

  • Collaborate with the team to streamline processes, implement new workflows when needed, test new systems and train new team members.

  • Xlookups and other basic formulas/Excel/Google Sheets
