Our client, a leader in the building supplies industry, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the sales department supporting the customer service team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent technical abilities, and a resourceful mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $16.00
What's the Job?
Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information on building supplies such as sheet rock, trim, lumber, and panels.
Utilize strong administrative skills to manage customer orders and maintain accurate records.
Learn and navigate the company’s sales system effectively to provide timely support.
Develop resourcefulness and independence in solving customer issues.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
What's Needed?
Fluency in both English and another language.
Strong administrative and technical skills.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems.
