Worker Designation – This role is hybrid. This means you will be expected to report to our Aflac office located in Columbia, SC for at least 60% of the work week. You will work from your home (within the continental US) for the remaining portion of the work week. Details of this schedule will be discussed with your leadership.

Education & Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration or related field
Completion of OSHA 30-hour training
Willingness to complete ISO internal auditor training
Two years of job-related work experience
Experience and understanding of OSHA regulations
Experience and understanding of the ISO 9001:2015 standard (International Organization for Standardization) – Quality Management System
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
• Audits, monitors, and evaluates the quality of service provided; documents quality process finding and performance measures for analyst and management review; receives information to assist in the feedback and formal education process of an individual; may act as subject matter expert
• Works with others to develop and maintain efficient work processes; serves as a project team member or leader for initiatives within the department and/or division; monitors, documents, and tracks performance objectives and service-level data and reports trends/changes to management; develops appropriate document formats (e.g., reports, spreadsheets, graphs, and/or databases) as needed to report findings
• Reviews procedures/processes and recommends enhancements as needed to improve efficiency, turnaround time, productivity, and quality; coordinates the implementation of system modifications or training curriculum to correspond with process changes
• Monitors program performance after implementation to prevent reoccurrence of program operating problems and ensure efficiency of operation; participates in division-initiated projects and tasks
• Researches current quality concepts to assist the division with implementation of concepts to improve process
• Performs other related duties as required.

This compensation range is specific to the job level and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: education, experience, licensure, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. The range has been created in good faith based on information known to Aflac at the time of the posting. Compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each case. This salary range does not include any potential incentive.
