Responsibilities:

  • Lead, assist, and/or support continuous quality improvement efforts.

  • Provide engineering and troubleshooting support to all departments as needed.

  • Investigate processing and quality problems and implement data driven solutions.

  • Study processing parameters to improve product performance . Must be able to set up systems to collect and analyze data as well as implement data driven solutions.

  • Manage the implementation of any process changes.

  • Develop processing conditions for any new products

  • Develop quality specs for all new products.

  • Managing and/or assisting Technical Manager with all new developmental projects.

  • Assist and lead Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma process and projects.

    Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.

  • Must possess good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts AM
