Job Description
Based on education, experience and interview, this opportunity will be filled commensurately at either title in the Interconnect Services Coordinator job family . For this posting, minimum requirements are written at the lower grade. Increased expectation are at the higher grade.
Interconnection Services Coordinator (mid-level) (grade 6)
Interconnection Services Coordinator Associate (entry-level) (grade 5) = entry-level with bachelor's degree; OR, associate's degree + two (2) years of experience
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assist with providing input to contracts, applications, registrations, reports, study status, filings, annual budget, and improvement requisitions.
Perform varied assignments demonstrating technical knowledge and analytical techniques to solution of problems or analysis.
Participate in company meetings covering /project schedule, safety issues and operations and maintenance of equipment.
Assist in evaluating contracting methods, reviewing drawings and preparing basic tasks using established standards.
Participate in the planning and organization of contract/performance/study/project work activities.
Assist in the preparation of technical reports and papers.
Apply problem solving skills to resolve process, coding problems and initiate solution techniques.
Understand and monitor activities; develop and maintain rapport to assure cooperation and productive working relationships with contractors/employees/customers.
Work with others in both supplying information and seeking assistance as necessary.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Work Experience requirements are listed below: Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited university or college; OR,
Associate's degree with 2 years of experience in design, operations, planning, construction or maintenance of systems and/or equipment
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Limited Travel required.
INITIAL POSITION / BASE SALARY FUNDING: approximately ($62,000 - $90,000/year) spanning this grade/title range.
