Job Summary Our client isseeking a creative and technically skilled Instructional Designer to join their Learning and Development team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and implement engaging instructional materials and learning experiences for our employees. This role will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to create effective training programs that enhance employee skills and drive organizational performance. Duration - 6 month contract, potential to extend Key Responsibilities * Needs Assessment: * Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning gaps. * Work with stakeholders to define learning objectives and outcomes. * Instructional Design and Development: * Design and develop instructional materials using various methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy). * Create engaging e-learning modules, instructional videos, and interactive training programs. * Develop instructor-led training materials, including presentations, guides, and handouts. * Content Creation: * Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging instructional content. * Utilize multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, and simulations to enhance learning. * Technology Integration: * Implement learning solutions using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies. * Design and develop interactive and multimedia content using tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and the Adobe Creative Suite. * Evaluation and Assessment: * Develop assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs. * Analyze assessment data and feedback to make data-driven improvements to instructional materials. * Project Management: * Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. * Coordinate with SMEs, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and comprehensive learning experiences. * Training and Support: * Provide training and support to instructors and facilitators on the use of instructional materials and technologies. * Offer ongoing support and updates to ensure content remains current and effective.
