THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Analyst, Payroll (Workday) Technology serves as System Administrator and SME supporting the Digital Employee Experience strategy and technology solutions (Workday Payroll, UKG/Kronos and ADP). The primary system of support is Workday (Integrations, Payroll, Pay Polices & Tax, Expense, and Accruals).In this role you will be responsible for the research, technical specifications, configuration, security, and development of system processes in partnership with product management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Provide technical support for business partners (payroll, payroll taxes, workforce management, and accruals) as needed to resolve issues and implement solutions.

• Leverage knowledge of industry best practices to document and maintain proper segregation of controls to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).

• Operate as techno-functional partner with cross-functional teams.

• Partner closely with IT infrastructure, data mapping and integration in accordance with IT change control, information security and compliance standard operating procedures.

• Partner with Product and HR Business to identify, define and develop continuous process improvements in accordance with best practices.

• Support reporting, KPI metrics, and analytics support to Human Resources.

• Production & incident management support. Participate in root cause analysis.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE

• Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university or equivalent experience preferred.

• 5-8 years of experience with HRIS (Workday and/or ADP preferred).

• Workday Pro Payroll for US certified preferred.

• In depth functional experience with HRIS, HR and Payroll.

• Experience operating in an agile development environment preferred.

• Ability to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of HR systems, payroll, reporting, system administration, integrations, and downstream impact.

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of people at all levels in the organization.

• Strong ability to own, execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects.

• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, presentation, and communications skills.

PAY TRANSPARENCY

A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $130,000. You are also eligible for annual cash bonuses and equity awards based upon performance and other factors. Actual compensation offered may vary depending on skill level, experience, and/or education.
