JOB REQUIREMENTS: QOC Innovations, headquartered in Columbus, WI, has a work-at-home Business ERP Analyst position (with the ability to telecommute with appropriate telecommuting systems) responsible for the successful implementation of the Odoo Enterprise Resource Planning (\"ERP\") system for our clients. Specific duties include: (i) analyzing the needs of the customers and suggesting solutions, through personal training sessions and support of the Odoo ERP system; (ii) working with subject matter experts and directly with clients and collaborating on designing and implementing custom solutions for the Odoo system; (iii) implementing Odoo to specic sectors and business areas where we have functional expertise (manufacturing, accounting, nance, supply chain management); and (iv) accompanying customers in the full delivery cycle from software conguration to go-live \"support.\" This is a fully remote position and the employee can work from anywhere in the United States. Must have a bachelor\'s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Engineering, or Supply Chain management or a related field plus five (5) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Business ERP Analyst, Operations Manager/Production Manager/Scheduler, or related position. Experience must include: (i) five (5) years with Business ERP application implementation; and (ii) three (3) years with Odoo ERP implementation. Must also have experience with or knowledge of (through academic background or experience) the following: (i) GoogleWork space; and (ii) working in a manufacturing and/or distribution environment.
