Position Summary
Directs workflow for multiple back-end departments to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Advises on strategy for implementation of major back-end projects and plans in support of organizational goals.

Directs workflow for multiple back-end departments to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. Advises on strategy for implementation of major back-end projects and plans in support of organizational goals.
What you will do
Coordinates processes and assignments for supervisors and individual contributors to achieve the Back End OCR area's goals.
Advises team on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and achievement of the organization's goals and objectives for Back End OCR.
Analyzes operating metrics and performance in comparison with established objects and advises on corrective action for areas of risk.
Ensures compliance with all government regulations.
Devises communication strategy to maintain efficient back-end operations throughout the organization.
Establishes payroll and courier cost parameters.
Conducts performance appraisals to assist in employee development.
Manages operational aspects of the team (e.g., budget, performance, and compliance), and implements workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.
For this role you will need Minimum Requirements
Working knowledge of execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Working knowledge of business intelligence
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Adept at collaboration and teamwork
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Registered Pharmacy Technician in the state of Georgia.
PTCB certification.
Preferred Qualifications
2 Years of LTC pharmacy experience
IV Training/experience
Education
Highschool Diploma

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $102,000.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
