Description We are in search of a Collections Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Collections Specialist, your main duty will be to ensure the collection of due balances and maintain accurate customer credit records.

Responsibilities: • Interact directly with customers and internal partners to facilitate the collection of balances due. • Review and evaluate orders placed on credit hold. • Work collaboratively with customers to resolve any disputes related to invoices. • Provide customers with documentation related to invoices and payments upon request. • Collaborate with Business Teams to address issues related to customer delinquency. • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM to manage customer accounts and collections processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems to manage financial data • Knowledge in CRM to improve customer relationship management • Competency in Accounts Receivable (AR) for managing payments and outstanding invoices • Skill in Answering Inbound Calls, providing customer service and resolving queries • Experience in Billing Functions to accurately issue invoices and manage payments • Knowledge of Claim Administration to handle insurance claims effectively • Understanding of Collection Processes to recover overdue payments
