CBRE GWS DE&I Programme Manager
Job Description
As the CBRE GWS DE&I Programme Manager dedicated to one of our Global Pharma Client accounts, you will play a critical role in fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace environment for both CBRE GWS and client employees supporting the client account. You will collaborate with CBRE GWS and client’s leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive DE&I strategy aligned with both organisations' goals.
Responsibilities
Strategy and Planning:
Partner with CBRE GWS and client leadership to understand and align DE&I priorities.
Develop and implement a tailored DE&I action plan for the client relationship, outlining specific goals, initiatives, and metrics.
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in DE&I to inform strategic recommendations.
Programme Development and Implementation:
Design and lead DE&I training programmes for CBRE GWS and Client employees supporting the account.
Develop and implement engagement initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and belonging within the CBRE GWS and client teams working together.
Partner with CBRE GWS and client internal stakeholders to develop and implement inclusive recruitment and talent management practices specifically for the account.
Track and measure the effectiveness of DE&I programmes and initiatives to ensure continuous improvement.
Communication and Collaboration:
Champion DE&I within the CBRE GWS and Client teams working together, serving as a resource and advocate for all employees.
Develop and implement a communication strategy to keep CBRE GWS and client leadership informed of DE&I programme progress and achievements.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across CBRE GWS and the client to drive collaboration on DE&I initiatives.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and analyse data on workforce demographics, recruitment, and employee engagement to measure progress towards DE&I goals.
Prepare reports summarising DE&I programme results and recommendations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programme development and implementation.
Demonstrated experience working with a large, multinational client in a similar capacity.
Strong understanding of DE&I best practices and legal frameworks.
Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and reporting.
