Role Purpose
Provide administrative support and assistance to the corporate Treasury team.
This is a critical position that engages in a variety of activities across several highly collaborative groups. This role provides opportunities to learn and apply a wide range of skills and continue your professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive calendar management, requiring interaction with both internal/external executives
Travel arrangements, domestic and international
Maintains and distributes Treasury contact list (including key internal and external contacts) to support business continuity
Develop and file monthly and annual foreign debt related Federal Reserve filings
Coordinates internal and external meetings including logistics
Performs trade confirmations for foreign exchange transactions and rhodium leases with banks
Screens calls, takes detailed messages and prioritizes the nature of the calls
Coordinate updates to banking and system authorized users and update mandate letters as required
Update share repurchase tracking analytics as required
Provides phone coverage for other executive offices when needed
Participates on Finance projects as needed
Prepares and submits expense reports
Participates in department iDMAIC’s and GoalSharing objectives
Experiences/Education - Required
Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
Required Years and Area of Experience:3-5 year’s administrative experience
Has the ability to multi-task managing competing priorities to meet urgent requirements
Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems
Ability to make confident and independent decisions and reprioritize when necessary and appropriate
Strong knowledge of computer software (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SharePoint
Able to handle confidential material and information in an appropriate manner
Strong organizational skills, rigorous and efficient
Integrity & Trust
Peer relationships/collaboration - team focused and excellent communication skills
Highly motivated, self-starter, proactive
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Eager and willing to learn new concepts, skills and ideas to improve job performance
Knowledge of Corning internal systems

The range for this position is $49,636.00 - $68,250.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
