Aston Carter Account Specialist in Corona, California

Position Overview:

We are seeking an organized and proactive Account Specialist / Junior Account Manager to join our team. This role is key in ensuring customer satisfaction through the prompt resolution of inquiries and issues. The ideal candidate will effectively manage customer communications, support the sales process, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain strong client relationships and meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support & Issue Resolution: Manage customer inquiries, provide quotes, process orders, and resolve issues promptly through various communication channels, including phone, email, fax, and customer portals.

  • Escalation Management: Support escalated customer issues and work with cross-functional teams to find solutions.

  • Sales & Goal Achievement: Contribute to monthly sales goals by proactively reaching out to customers and potential clients to promote products and services.

  • Cross-Departmental Coordination: Ensure smooth communication between customers and relevant internal departments, such as manufacturing, planning, and quality control.

  • Relationship Management: Foster positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience, preferably within a technical or manufacturing environment.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

  • Ability to interpret technical documents or blueprints is a plus.

  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.

  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
