Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Production Workers to join our team in Coudersport, PA. Our facility specializes in manufacturing truck lights, including headlights, tail lights, running lights, and wire harnesses. With over 3000 employees across multiple locations, we take pride in producing high-quality products for pick-up trucks, tractor trailers, and military vehicles. This role includes positions in both the Harness/Assembly and Warehouse departments.

Responsibilities

• Use an RF scanner to pull orders, box orders, label, pack, and run a bagging machine.

• Utilize a pallet jack to lift and palletize products.

• Complete customer orders specific to one company.

• Read work orders, locate products on shelves, scan, and place them into plastic totes for labeling and shipping.

• Handle smaller, detail-oriented orders from start to finish, including counting parts, inspecting orders, packing, and labeling.

• Operate forklifts, including sit-down forklifts and high-reach forklifts, after passing the forklift test.

Essential Skills

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Basic computer skills for specific roles.

• Attention to detail for inspecting and packing orders accurately.

• General labor, warehouse pick/pack, assembly, manufacturing, production, warehouse, forklift, picking, packing, warehouse distribution, pallet jack.

Work Environment

Our facility offers a clean and safe working environment with a small part manufacturing focus. The dress code includes jeans, T-shirts, and closed-toe shoes (steel-toe shoes are not required). Employees benefit from an incentive program in the Harness Department, good benefits after the hire-on period, and opportunities for overtime. Shift differentials include $1.00 for all Warehouse positions, with shifts available from 4am - 2:30pm for 1st shift and 2:30pm - 1am for 2nd shift.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Coudersport, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.
