DIRECT HIRE ROLE in Cowpens, SC We are searching for a skilled injection molding operator with a background in an industrial environment. Successful candidates will have the following:

• Familiar with Color Changes (Plastrac, Movacolor and Wittman)

• Documentation of cleaning, housekeeping in SPC

• Complete Quality Checks (bingo trays, visuals, perform checks)

• Ensure Quality Checks are documented in SPC and signed off on at set interval

• Basic math skills

• Mechanical aptitude

• Ability to troubleshoot equipment

• 2 years manufacturing experience in injection molding

Qualified candidates can with an updated resume for consideration.

salary: $51,650 - $63,700 per year

shift: Third

work hours: 7 PM - 7 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Ensure machines are running as per production schedule

• Responding to machine alarms

• Packaging and tagging of product

• Troubleshooting of process and accessory equipment

• Preventative maintenance of molds as prescribed

• Daily and weekly sanitizing of machines and molds

• Changeover of machines for different products

• Issuing work orders for machine, molds and safety issues

• Startup/shutdown of injection machines

• Ensures machines are running as per production schedule

The essential functions of this role include:
