Primera Analytical Solutions Corporation is looking for an Accountant. Location of Employment: Cranbury, NJJob Duties1. Prepare and analyze accounting records, financial statements and financial reports specific to pharmaceutical R&D, analytical and bioanalytical projects, specific to LC-MS/MS, UHPLC, GC-MS, ELISA, IC, ICP-MS, mixed projects, cell subculture, and bioassays; Assist to develop, implement, modify, and maintain accounting systems; Analyze the company R&D and analytical testing business operations, trends, revenues and financial obligation to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to accounting standards; Perform P&L and break even analysis on sponsored projects and government contract activities. Establish and maintain unit cost standards and forecast revenue profitability using financial data from the company's R&D, analytical, and bioanalytical operations. Offer expert cost /accounting related evaluation consultancy to sponsors regarding third-party proposals.2. Establish tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts; Review pharmaceutical R&D expense postings for correct classification, accounting and record journal entries as required; Establish and maintain company inventory list based on assets purchase/in-use time point, record depreciation schedule; Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences using bank statements.3. Assist with internal and external accounting auditors with financial disclosure inspections; Assist external CPA to prepare corporate annual income tax returns, quarterly tax filing and filing extension via ESTPS; Maintain other tax compliance payment and documentation including but not limited to corporation income tax return, corporation business tax, property tax, etc.; Provides financial data for R&D insurance, property insurance and business insurance contents coverage and insurance audit when necessary. Minimum Job Requirement • Master’s degree in finance, accounting or a closely related field.  • Two years of financial or accounting experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with both: 1) analysis using Python, R, and Quickbooks for revenues and expenses per drug type method development, method validation, and sample testing categories; 2) financial modeling (DCF, cash flow projection, NPV/IRR valuation, liquidity management) for pharmaceutical fixed-asset investments including LC-MS/MS, UHPLC, GC-MS, ELISA, IC, ICP-MS, and mixed projects, as financial analyst, accountant, or in a related occupation.Job Type: 40 hrs, 5 days (Full-time)Please send resumes to Chelsie Zheng, Primera Analytical Solutions Corporation, joyce.zhang@primera-corp.com.
