Senior Business Analyst with the following duties:1. Transforming technical requirements into user stories and producing detailed specification documents to facilitate development.2. Experience working in ERP, CRM systems.5. Analyze complex workflows and processes. Knowledge of standard industry workflow patterns and their applications.6. Handle implementations of large and complex projects in defined timeline.7. Generate reports using analytical tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Excels pivots.8. Understand business systems, financial industry, and system development lifecycle methodologies to support projects through their life cycle, with the emphasis on the analysis stage.9. Technical knowledge of the SAP ERP, CRM SalesforceRequirements:Educational requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related.5 years of experience in the offered position, or in the alternate job title of Product Manager or related occupation.Skill set requirements: 5+ years of experience in:1. Data Visualization Tools (Tableau or Power BI) 2. Data modelling 3. Writing SQL Queries 4. Advanced Excel and MS office Suite, Visio & Power Point5. Knowledge of Visio or Lucid Chart.6. Experience with Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban. 7. Strong understanding on ERP & CRM systems (preferably SAP, Salesforce)8.
