Currently, our Navy Aviation Division is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Engineer to join our team in the Crane, IN . This is onsite position.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Analyzing user requirements; envisioning system features and functionality; designing and developing user interfaces; determining design methodologies; completing programing; designing and conducting testing.

  • Oversees the creation of hybrid software, web, and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.

  • Responsible to integrate various network operating systems, application programs and hardware devices.

  • Manage the development cycle associated with producing a resilient software, hardware and web application, including specification, design, coding, testing and maintenance.

  • Designs, develops, supports, and maintains the organization's systems infrastructure, including the implementation and design of hardware and software.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One of the following: Security+, CASP+, CISSP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT-2 or IAT-3 certification is required

  • Bachelors Degree and 0 years of experience OR Associates Degree with 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma with 6 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 - 7 years of experience in systems engineering

  • Strong PowerShell scripting skills

  • Experience with technical compliance controls, STIGs, or CIS

  • Experience with scripts for Cisco devices

  • Experience with Git repository management

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • U.S. Secret security clearance or ability to obtain

  • U.S. Citizenship required

Physical Requirements:

  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as the copy machine/computer printer.

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time.

  • Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,200-$100,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
