You will be working in Dining Services/Sodexo starting on or before September 18, 2023. The hours of work will be Monday-Friday, 10:30am - 7:00pm with some weekends. This position is represented by the Teamsters Local 320 bargaining unit. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for providing a wide variety of high quality, large quantity food products to meet the needs of guests. Produces a whole meal by preparing multiple recipes in a meal menu, often from scratch, following brand specifications. This is a lead worker position that must be capable of operating a variety of equipment that produces both hot and cold food, organizing work group to meet production standards and time line. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ability to competently read, write, and understand English; and ability to lift up to fifty pounds occasionally. High School graduate or GED. At least 2 years of education or experience in quantity food production. Ability to accurately perform mathematic and recipe conversions calculations. Possesses safe knife handling skills.
