BI REPORTING•Data analytics business partner to President and Senior Leadership Team•Develop and track key performance indicators against targets.•Develop and maintain daily Executive, Operational, HR, and Financial dashboards.•Analyze data trends.•Conduct Pareto Analysis and Root-cause analysis.•Customize reports for end-users.MAINTAIN DATA INTEGRITY•Create/ manage CSTH business systems policies, ensuring security settings•Collaborate with IT to support integration of internal & external data streams, and overall data infrastructure.•Use technology stack to enable data accessibility•Data validation across ERP data and Power BI to ensure data integrity & reporting accuracy. Lead projects to support reporting requirements and system data integrity.•Manage 3rd party relationships with ERP support partner including system enhancements.MANAGING BUSINESS INITIATIVES•Report Executive KPIs and Executive initiatives in Executive Team Meetings, track Board initiatives
