Position Responsibilities
As Expert Product Manager (Consumer) at AT&T, and a member of the Empowered Product Team, this role will be responsible for strategically leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of customer value and business viability through informed decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and continuous product improvement. Additionally, this role is responsible for communicating product vision, roadmap, and development progress to executive leadership and peers. This position requires office presence 5 days per week in our Dallas or Bothel office.

Accountable for delivering customer value & business viability
Leads development of product vision, strategy, and MVP GTM approach
Collects and integrates customer feedback
Decides & prioritizes product features based on customer problems
Navigates and aligns internal stakeholders to balance constraints
Measures product performance thru customer feedback & data telemetry
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.
Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
Experience launching successful tech products
Strong financial acumen; understands tech concepts
Deep customer & industry knowledge
Figuring out solutions to hard problems
Ability to engage with various stakeholder groups
