This job is a member of the Information Technology Team within the Information Technology Division
Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing business needs for single sign-on (SSO) and access management requests by performing PingIdentity administration, maintenance, and automation, as well as providing ongoing support to enterprise customers
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training
2 years of technology experience, with a focus on information security technology development, support, and administration
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- 3 + years of technology experience, with a focus on information security technology development, support, and administration
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Hands on experience with SSO and MFA products
Understand various security fields including access control, identity proofing, OAuth, OIDC, SAML, WS-Fed, MFA, Public Key Infrastructure, network and enterprise security architecture
Experience in Configure, deploy, and maintain Directory servers to support secure, high-performance user authentication and authorization.
Experience in user identity management, including user provisioning, group management, and access control.
Experience with LDAP core concepts and Directory REST APIs, Data Sync Servers, Delegated Administration.
Experience with integrating enterprise applications, monitor system health, and troubleshoot any performance or access issues.
Experience in Datapower and Apigee are a plus
Experience in Application development using Java and J2EE is a plus
Experience WebServices development and securing WebServices
Experience with coding and scripting for application integration and automation.
Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
Capable to provide support to our customers
Experience in Linux server, virtualization, and app containerization
Experience with detailed requirements gathering and documentation, writing approach documents, whitepapers, design documents, and runbooks required
Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills required
Understand knowledge of design techniques and principals involved in production of drawings and models are required
Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and work under pressure
Ability to multitask, leverage best practices, and resolve multifaceted issues with minimal direction
Proficiency in Agile project management methodology
What you'll do

Collaborate with leaders, business analysts, project managers, IT architects, technical leads and other developers, along with internal customers, to understand requirements and develop needs according to business requirements
Maintain knowledge of Siteminder & PingIdentity security certification, authentication, authorization, MFA, Federation, and endpoint configuration
On boarding applications into SSO in production and non-production systems, following established procedures
Administer and support production configurations, policies and troubleshoot access control issues, including service vulnerability mitigation dan Disaster Recovery planning/ testing
Work on automation and containerization of the products
Provide on-call Siteminder & PingIdentity support and troubleshoots issues
Maintain process and engineering documentation
