As a Product Manager on the WW Ops Finance Standardization & Automation team, you will work with our customers, partners, software developers, and operational stakeholders to prioritize roadmap features, and spearhead the definition of new capabilities through expertly crafted business requirements documents. Given the breadth of the service we are building, this role will require coordination across many internal teams and will be visible at the highest levels of the company. This role will lead through influence in the technical space but will need to pivot between global business, operations and technology teams.

This role will be located either in our Dallas, Seattle, or Nashville corporate office.

Specific responsibilities of the role include:

  • Expanding an existing product that appeals to the unique needs and requirements of world wide Operations Finance customers

  • Launching the product strategy and roadmap for a product and working with key stakeholders in the company to deliver the product.

  • Defining product requirements documents based on an intimate knowledge of the target customers, and product

  • Owning the entire expansion strategy right from creating an expansion plan, onboarding new customers, maintenance and continuous improvement

  • Leading calls with key customers, creating tools to support the success, helping to identify opportunities to increase that success

  • Be an evangelist, promoting new features to customers, defining success metrics, and accelerating adoption while simultaneously protecting and enhancing the customer experience.

  • Identifying new opportunities for WW Ops FinTech to innovate on behalf of our customers.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of product management experience

  • Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level

  • Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
