Summary

As the Workfront System Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in configuring the Workfront platform to align with organizational objectives. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze business requirements and deliver system requirements, seeing projects through from onset to production release from people and process perspective. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation, user adoption, and precision in work management processes. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, track support ticket requests, and stay updated on platform updates and enhancements. This role contributes to all Workfront Team workflows and while supporting Stakeholder process improvements for operational efficiency.

This position will support our IT team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week. This position is based out of Dallas, TX.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Stakeholders to understand challenges, demonstrate Workfront solutions and create best practices while ensuring user adoption and support by working through individual and team needs.

  • Gather Discovery, Requirements, Proof of Concept and Process information to analyze business requirements and translate into Workfront technical requirements and training documentation.

  • Prepare Workfront releases for implementing new functionality by delivering required release documentation and communication files such as user acceptance testing documents, production testing documentation, training materials, and other communication collateral as needed.

  • Develop, deliver, and maintain training content for cross-functional teams on system functionality, new processes, and individual team training materials; Create and maintain documentation for processes, adoption, standardization, enterprise roadmaps, meeting notes, and internal system updates as needed.

  • Support day-to-day system needs including user training, reports, data integrity, troubleshooting efforts, and support projects via the Contact Workfront Support Queue as needed and assigned by the System Administrator

  • Adhere to enterprise governance, alignment with enterprise priorities, and adherence to Workfront Product Team standards. Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as necessary to support the effective functioning of the Workfront platform and meet the evolving needs of the organization.

Education & Experience

  • 5+ years of Workfront System Administration or Analyst experience or equivalent, Workfront Certification preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience in implementing systems and managing change with cross-functional teams, project management, operational processes, and technical support

  • Proficiency in Office tools or similar platforms.

  • Customer service mindset with interpersonal skills and ability to establish effective working relationships.

  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, listening and critical thinking skills.

  • Effective time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
