COREtec Visual Media Specialist

Position Overview

As the Visual Media Specialist for COREtec, you'll be instrumental in creating and managing visual and digital content that drives our marketing and communication efforts. Your role will encompass content creation, assist in strategic planning, collaboration, and asset management to align with COREtec's brand vision and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce visual content, including photography, videography, and graphic design projects, ensuring consistency with the brand’s vision and marketing goals.

• Partner with the marketing team to strategize and plan visual content that supports product launches, campaigns, and overall marketing objectives.

• Collaborate with the brand marketing team to implement and schedule social media content and promotions, aligning with marketing initiatives.

• Stay informed about the latest media trends and technological advancements to ensure cutting-edge content production.

• Identify gaps in visual assets such as images, videos, and design templates, ensuring efficient access and organization for the creative team.

• Oversee and execute visual content production, including editing footage, preparing projects for team access, and advising on creative and technical aspects to enhance production quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Arts, Film Production, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a closely related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in content creation and management, ideally within the flooring or building materials industry.

• Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics, complemented by robust technical execution.

• Proficient in editing with the ability to adapt to different styles, tones, and voices across various types of content.

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Premiere and After Effects, is preferred.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Possess a proactive, “can-do” attitude and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
