Plant WD Tufting | Lead Shift 2 | $22.02

Position Overview

Serve the Tufting Department by supervising the movement of yarn to creels and directing the placement of creelers in the creels.

I. Essential Duties:

• Prepare yarn orders based on current schedule.

• Use mainframe and Shopflex systems to ensure efficient TMS3 execution of Tufting schedule.

• Pre and post-shift walkthroughs to determine the creeling needs for the shift

• Assign creelers at the beginning of the shift based on priorities

• Check machines to ensure their proper running ability of newly filled creels

• Coordinate all yarn RTI’s (return to inventory) with Shipping/Receiving Dept

• Keep housekeeping duties of creelers in tact.

Work Shift

8 Hr non-rotating shift, Hrs fall to in punch day, Observed Calendar, shift starts PM
