Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Danvers, Massachusetts

Description We are looking for a diligent Customer Service Representative to join our team in the industry, located in Danvers, Massachusetts. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and maintaining accurate customer records. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving team targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in a timely and efficient manner

• Identify customer needs, clarify information, and provide appropriate solutions

• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions in our database

• Build sustainable relationships with customers by going the extra mile to ensure issue resolution

• Become proficient with our call tracking system through continuous learning

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Keep track of customer accounts and take necessary action when required

• Develop a strong understanding of the Call Center Customer Service and MS Office skills

• Work collaboratively with service personnel to direct customer issues and complaints

• Strive to meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets. Requirements • Prior experience of at least 2 years as a Customer Service Representative or similar role

• Proficiency in using MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Prior experience in a call center environment is highly desirable

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work

• Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated.
