Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:

• Changes and cleans sifters, hydrasieves, proof sifters, etc.
• Responsible for exterior cleaning for all production equipment
• Responsible for interior cleaning of production buildings and area.
• Operates the corn cleaner, reprocesses flour and changes sifters.
• Measures flour silos.
• Provide lime to maceration area when necessary.
• Move flour to milling to be processed.
• Perform the reprocess by dumping flour from 50 lb. bags into reprocess bins.
• Miscellaneous duties as required by his supervisor.
• To know and apply Food Safety Policy principles in relation to all work-related activities and the importance of full compliance of the program.
• To know and apply Quality and Food Safety principles and all applicable instructions in all related activities to ensure the achievement of safety objectives.
• To know the Food Safety Management System and support in its implementation, maintenance, and improvement.
• To know and apply Environmental Policy principles while maintaining awareness of related activities and contribute to the programs successful performance and compliance.
• To perform all activities and avoid creating significant environmental impacts by following guidelines established in the Environmental Management Systems documents.
• Understand and apply the Environmental Management System documents applicable to my role, with an awareness of the relevance and importance of my activities to achieve EMS objectives, including environmental protection and compliance with applicable legal requirements.
• Other responsibilities established in the EMS Authority and Responsibility Matrix
• Employees holding this position will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by management such as working hours and general cleaning.

Rotating Shifts - mornings, afternoon, night shifts
