MUST HAVES:

• 1+ years of customer service or order entry experience within manufacturing or logistics company

• HS Diploma

Description:

• Review and process customer inquiries

• Review and process customer returns

• Act as a resource for returned goods and provide support to customers and internal team members for related inquiries

• Process and respond to customer questions for deductions on returns, requirements, and other needs (repack fees, restock fees, held invoices, policy adjustments, and various other discrepancies)

• Communicate credit date commitments to customers to ensure that notices are given in advance and provide as much notice as possible

• Answer questions regarding returns policies, procedures, and research extenuating circumstances as necessary

Shift:

Monday - Friday 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM. with 45 min lunch

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr.
