Responsibilities

• work hours: 2p-10:30p

• Responsible for troubleshooting, upkeep, preventive maintenance, dimensional capability, making and continuous improvement of various tools, dies, jigs, etc.

• Fabrication of new and repair of dies and tools

• Committed involvement with quality, cost savings, and continuous tool, die and mechanical improvements.

• Troublshooting in a production plant

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to handle, manipulate, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, talk and hear

• Employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 45lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

Skills

• Blueprint Reading (1 year of experience is required)

• Math and Calculation

• General Die Maintenance (1 year of experience is required)

• Fabrication (1 year of experience is required)

• Troubleshooting (1 year of experience is required)
