PRODUCTION POSITIONS: Thunderbird Products Formula Boats, the world's highest-quality powerboat manufacturer, is located in Decatur, Indiana. Our TEAM is considered the best in the business and we are looking for new member to join us.

Starting Pay: $23.50/hr.

Potential Top Pay: $27.24/hr. - includes Profit Sharing

Available openings: Lamination- fabricating fiberglass components by laying / rolling fiberglass and resin Pulling- releasing fiberglass components from molds and gluing fiberglass stringers into hulls Hull/Engine Rig

• installing and rigging system and engine components

Deck 1- install sub-assemblies and components / hardware onto deck Woodshop- construct wood stringer systems Mold Workout- sand and buff molds, spray new molds Mud/Gray- body fill, primer and sand plug / masters for mold Service - perform various service/repair operations on warranty boats

Requirements:

High school diploma, GED or HSE Previous experience preferred, but not required. We will train on the job
