Humana Channel Development Lead- Digital Sales in Denver, Colorado

The Channel Development Lead defines the sales product strategy for single or multiple lines of business targeting specific markets and/or business segments. The Channel Development Lead works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial.

As a Lead within Digital Channel Sales Team, you will be instrumental in promoting growth of Medicare Advantage and related insurance products. They will identify product growth opportunities, develop, and execute multi-year strategies grounded in customer and business insights that deliver against P&L objectives.

The role will partner with finance and analytics to create business cases, collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan, prioritize, develop, and deliver on the MarketPoint Distribution roadmap.

You will be responsible for identifying and driving improvements that enable growth, partnering with digital product, marketing, regional business teams (among others) to influence the priorities of senior leadership.

You will establish what success looks like and drive the strategic roadmap of solutions to unlock growth and enable sustainable profitability. This will involve creating frameworks leveraging data and anecdotal insights to identify top opportunities, creating new solutions to challenging problems, influencing digital product decisions, and driving closure by connecting these decisions to business outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in digital product, digital platforms, marketing, and/or sales

  • Must be able to travel 5-10% of the time

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong proficiency in developing executive level presentation materials and using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in business or public health

  • Understanding and experience of working within an agile framework – scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement (JIRA, Confluence)

  • Experience working with CRM and PowerBI platforms

  • Prior experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or Consulting

  • Prior healthcare industry experience, preferably in the Medicare Advantage space

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$115,200 - $158,400 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
