Description

We are seeking a Real Estate Services Coordinator to join our team at our Denver, CO location. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Real Estate Services Coordinator, you will be handling a range of responsibilities from managing customer inquiries to maintaining accurate records in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and addressing day-to-day inquiries from customers.

• Processing customer applications efficiently and accurately.

• Maintaining and updating customer records with a keen attention to detail.

• Supervising and coordinating meetings to ensure smooth operations.

• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues promptly.

• Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite for various administrative tasks.

• Managing and scheduling calendars for assigned staff.

• Coordinating with tenants and vendors, ensuring their needs are met.

• Assisting in hiring processes and other related tasks.

• Preparing and distributing correspondence as needed.

• Overseeing expense reporting, filing, and copying tasks.

• Employing analytical skills to solve problems in standard situations.

• Gaining proficiency in real estate and property management aspects.

• Continuously learning and adapting to changes in the industry.

Requirements • A strong background in real estate and property management is required.

• Excellent customer service skills are essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is a must.

• Experience in answering inbound calls and scheduling appointments is necessary.

• Supervising skills are required.

• Knowledge about time management is essential.

• Familiarity with hiring processes is a plus.

• Ability to handle correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Calendar management and meeting coordination skills are required.

• Experience in expense reporting and filing is necessary.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required.

• Knowledge of the tenant management process is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effectively.

• Proficiency in copying and document management is necessary.

• Must pass a drug test as per company policies.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience in real estate services coordination is a plus.
