The Role

The Quote Specialist will be the point of contact for field sales resources who need system guidance and expertise in quoting and pre-sales support. This position will utilize internal sales systems to access information and provide accurate information to sales professionals.

The Main Responsibilities

• Create quotes on behalf of Lumen's Wholesale sales professionals according to stated Service Level Agreements (SLA) for response time and accuracy

• Support creation of complex quotes

• Identify and share opportunities to improve quoting system functionality

• Participate in training to stay current on existing products and learn upcoming products

• Provide consultative support to sales professionals

• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic and fast paced environment

• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in written format

• Ability to work with complex databases and systems

• Develop effective working relationships with peers, sales team and across organizational lines

Basic Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.

• 3-5 years related work experience.

• Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.

• Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$40,500 - $53,500 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$42,132 - $56,175 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$44,138 - $58,850 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
