Your role as a Team Trainer is to feed people's lives with Más. You'll feed customers great tasting food and provide great service, so our customers keep coming back! You're a representation of the brand in everything you do.

Team Trainer Responsibilities:

In addition to the Food Champion and Service Champion responsibilities, being a Team Trainer at Taco Bell means you'll have to help Team Members through challenges and training so they can be the best in their new position, or through their Experience.

• Listen actively and ask open-ended questions

• Provide positive feedback on what Team Members did well and why it is important

• Be friendly, reliable, patient, a team player, good communicator and be accountable for team members

• Present the HUNGRY Principles by driving brand soul, modeling the behavior and doing the right thing

Food Champion

• Prepare food ingredients.

• Assemble food orders and check to make sure orders are correct.

• Package products

• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.

• Be knowledgeable about menu items and promotions

Service Champion

• Greet customers in the restaurant.

• Take orders

• Handle payments and thank customers

• Maintain a clean, safe working and dining environment

• Be knowledgeable about menu items and promotions
