Position Summary
This position will assist with essential projects related to the Project Management function while partnering with Project Managers to aid in the facilitation and successful completion of projects. This position will require a passion for project management, strong organizational, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the corporate Project Management Team to set standards, create documentation, and make recommendations on improvements specific to the Project Management function.
- Partner with project managers to set tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Work across multiple functions and employee levels to accomplish goals in a collaborative manner.
- Create and deliver training specific to Project Management tools.
- Manage records and distribute documents.
- Project-related data collection, analysis, and trending.
- Learn and become proficient in the Project Management software.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in collaborative manner with customers, suppliers, co-workers, and management.
- Helps company meet its Strategic, Quality and Safety objectives.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Job Requirements/Qualifications
- 2+ years of courses in Project Management or Industrial Engineering
- Proficient skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
- Basic time management skills
- Effective verbal and written communication, including interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with good organization and planning skills OR
- An acceptable combination of education and experience
Functional and Cognitive Requirements of Position
- This position requires walking, sitting, or standing to a significant degree.
- Must have the ability to lift 70 pounds from floor to waist, carry 50 pounds, and push and/or pull up to 100 pounds.
- Must have the ability to climb ladders and/or stairs.
- Stooping, crouching, kneeling, and bending.
- Handling, feeling, and gripping would be required for so e activities.
- This role may be subject to internal and external environmental conditions.
