The Operations Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks related to workover operations and assisting in the overall efforts to ensure efficient operational procedures and organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Process and validate field invoices
Communicate with Workover Supervisors regarding field tickets
Setting up hotel accommodations as necessary when crews work out of town
Perform tracking for assets and workover personnel
Data entry and approval of time records for workover personnel
Manages tracking for assets and workover personnel
Manage asset registration and permits
Prepare and provide operational reports
Support projects and audits
Assist in maintaining files
Understand and comply with company, customer, and health/safety policies, and any other regulations that are required.
Performs other duties as directed by management.
Required Skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organizational skills; both electronic and physical
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Must be able to work in fast-paced environment
Must possess organizational and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work with a team and independently
Must be able to communicate using oral and basic written communication
Must pass a Pre-Employment Drug & Alcohol screening
Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check
Arrange for reliable transportation to and from work

Work Environment

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position typically working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Licenses & Certifications
Valid Driver's License
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous office experience preferred
Previous oilfield experience preferred
Knowledge of workover equipment preferred
