What You’ll Get to Do

As a CACI-SOAS Information Advantage (IA) Lead, you will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring Information Advantage Activities(IAA), Cyber Analysis, Data Strategy, Information Security Operations, and Knowledge Management services and solutions are complementary efforts and support the success of Southern Command Operations Planning and Engagement Support (SCOPES)’s missions for USSOUTHCOM and its mission partners. The Information Advantage Lead shall provide overall leadership and guidance for all relevant contractor and sub-contractor personnel assigned, including assigning tasks to contractor personnel, supervising ongoing technical efforts, and supporting the overall TO performance. Serves as CACI-SOAS’ senior operations planning lead to manage the interaction between Information Advantage, the customer, and support sites. You will coordinate efforts with the other SCOPES functional leaders and report to the Program Managers.

More About the Role

The position will be located in Doral, FL. You may travel, as required, to perform services at other locations within the USSOUTHCOM AOR to meet mission requirements in both CONUS and OCONUS locations. You will produce verifiable, consistent, and executable plans given time and resource constraints. You will focus on enabling a holistic understanding of the information environment, conducting Information Advantage Activities (IAA) to support decision-making, protect friendly information, and influence international audiences. This includes collecting, processing, and analyzing open-source data and developing multilingual work products.

You will focus on integrating data analytics and artificial intelligence (AI) methodologies, facilitating collaboration with mission partners, and enhancing data infrastructure to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. This includes employing data science techniques for predictive analysis, social media analytics, and strategy development to maintain a competitive edge in cyber and information warfare.

You will provide USSOUTHCOM and its mission partners with expert Information Advantage advice, planning, advisory assistance, operational knowledge, and technical expertise that enables the effective integration of support services, all to meet USSOUTHCOM’s operational challenges, resulting in the delivery of material and non-material solutions for USSOUTHCOM and other mission partners. You will collaborate across USSOUTHCOM, the DoD, and mission partners to promote collaboration and integration across the USSOUTHCOM enterprise to drive efficiencies and ensure USSOUTHCOM achieves its priorities and objectives in countering emerging threats, strengthening partner nation capabilities, and facilitating crisis response and contingency operations.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

  • Current TS/SCI with Poly

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education.

  • You must possess the ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing in English and Spanish.

  • Possess a Spanish language capability of 2+ on the DLPT or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 15 years of military experience providing leadership at multiple echelons.

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience working in the USSOUTHCOM AOR.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in military intelligence operations.

  • Experience managing projects and/or programs with multiple OCONUS performance locations.

  • Be deployable for periodic travel within CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$86,800-$191,000
