This position will provide hands on experience with our Associates Services department - KD Central. KD Central Attendants gain valuable guest service experience interacting and assisting our employees with their day-to-day HR needs such as uniform distribution, complimentary ticket pick-up, payroll questions, HR systems help, and much more.

Responsibilities:
Interact with and assists individuals in an outgoing, friendly, versatile, flexible, and professional manner
Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions
Communicate by phone, mail, e-mail, radio, and in person
Enters data into computerized systems
Promotes departmental opportunities and associate activities
Distributes associate perks and paychecks
Issue, sell, and distributes employee items such as uniforms, name tags, etc.
Launders uniforms and other items
Maintains inventory and data entry of items into inventory system
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations/guidelines
Monitor and provide minor cleaning/straightening up of Associate Services and employee bathrooms
Complete special projects as assigned by park leadership
Be a positive culture champion for the park and the Staff Services Division
Assist in other areas of the Staff Services Division as needed as well as in the park if the business requires

Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older
Prior theme park or retail experience a plus
Must be able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends, and holiday periods as required to meet the needs of the business
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail orientated and have strong organizational skills
Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance to Six Flags Safety guidelines and requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (to include Word, Excel, and Powerpoint) and have the ability to quickly learn computer based applications
Ability to provide exceptional service when interacting with employees, coworkers, guests, and others
Ability to work independently of constant supervision
Ability to work in fast-paced and rapidly changing office/theme park environment
Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
