Oracle Oracle CX Overlay Sales Specialist in Dover, Delaware
Job Description
Customer Base Expansion:
Proactively identify and qualify opportunities within the existing customer base for Oracle CX solutions, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Cloud.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize Oracle CX penetration within assigned accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-Suite) and influencers within the customer base.
Collaborative Sales Approach:
Partner closely with Industry and Core sales representatives to identify and pursue joint opportunities as well as CX driven opportunities.
Provide Oracle CX expertise and support to Industry and Core sales teams, enabling them to effectively position and sell CX solutions.
Collaborate with Sales Engineering and other internal teams to develop and deliver compelling customer presentations and demonstrations.
Coordinate with partners to increase sales.
Solution Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of the Oracle CX product portfolio and its value proposition.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings.
Articulate the benefits of Oracle CX solutions to customers and prospects, focusing on their specific business needs and challenges.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in OracleCloud.
Customer Advocacy:
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing guidance and support on Oracle CX best practices.
Ensure customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty.
Provide feedback to product management and marketing teams to improve Oracle CX offerings.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, preferably with CX solutions.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, customer service, and e-commerce concepts.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the Oracle product line is a plus.
Experience working in a matrix sales environment.

Responsibilities
Primary job duty is to sell business applications software/solutions and related services to prospective and existing customers. Manage sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application. Participate in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition. Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale. Identify and develop strategic alignment with key third party influencers.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $63,400 to $147,600 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
