Job Summary
Join our HR team as an Employee Experience and Strategic Insights Specialist , where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational culture, driving employee engagement, and supporting HR leadership with data analytics, planning, and executive-level presentations.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Strategic Partnership
Collaborate closely with HR leadership to develop and implement people strategies aligned with business goals and cultural priorities.
Provide support on key HR initiatives, including talent management, diversity and inclusion, and employee experience programs.
Prepare data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership meetings and strategic reviews with top executives.
Data Analytics & Reporting
Analyze HR and organizational data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Consolidate projects and prepare executive summaries for leadership review meetings, aiding in informed decision-making.
Inclusive Employee Experience
Improve the overall employee experience by following thru on all stages of the employee listening programs.
Lead initiatives such as employee onboarding and offboarding.
Support DEI programs, including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) framework, Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives and evolution, as well as special projects to foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
Consolidate DEI efforts across the organization, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Communication Framework
Strengthen employee communication strategies by aligning with the global communication framework.
Promote regional and global communication initiatives, using tools like MEA Connect to ensure effective messaging and engagement.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Master’s Degree in Communication & Marketing / MBA or equivalent experience in a related field.
5–8 years of relevant corporate experience, preferably in employee experience, communications, or strategic HR roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data insights.
Proven project management experience with a track record of delivering impactful initiatives.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and proficiency in PowerBI.
