Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a luxurious beachside resort located on the West Crescent of the iconic Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Team Leader to join the Spa team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responsible for overseeing and setting up daily operations of both male and female spa areas in accordance with Talise Spa standards.
Handles guest complaints professionally, records all feedback, and ensures it is communicated to the Duty Manager.
Manages team member scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and smooth day-to-day operations.
Collaborates with the Housekeeping Department to maintain cleanliness and ensure daily cleaning schedules are followed.
Supports training and development by identifying team training needs, assisting in training sessions, and maintaining service standards as outlined in the Spa Manual.
About You
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications, experience, and skills:
A diploma or certification in hospitality, wellness, or spa management is preferred, with a strong understanding of front-of-house operations.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment is required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and support a team while maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage scheduling, daily operations, and guest feedback effectively.
Proficiency in spa booking systems or property management systems (e.g., Book4Time, Opera) is an advantage.
